It is our sincerest hope that you love your purchase. We advise you check your items carefully when you receive them. We will happily offer an exchange or refund provided pieces are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
To organise any returns or exchanges please simply send an email to email@example.com.
Please package securely and return to Laura George, 40 Hookstone Drive, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8PP. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you return by an insured, trackable service and retain proof of postage.
Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside the UK). Your refund or exchange will then be issued.
We DO NOT accept returns or cancellations on Couture pieces.
We do not issue refunds to third parties and we do not refund postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
