Shipping & Delivery


We endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We have garters in stock which will be sent out the same or following day, dependent on the time the order is placed. Our lingerie is individually handmade so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, from date of order confirmation. These delivery times may take longer in busy wedding seasons. We will notify you by email if this is going to be the case. Couture items may take longer but this will be outlined when placing your order. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.


All our orders will be sent out from a UK post Office by Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail 1St Class Signed for Service. Please note that orders will require a Signature upon arrival or will be sent to your local Post Office Depot.

We can track your order online or pass on the details if you wish to track yourself. We provide this service free of charge to ensure your special items arrive with you safely.

Next Day

If you require your order to be sent for next day delivery, please contact us first to see if this is possible. We will then use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service. You may choose to have your order delivered the following day before 9am or 1pm Monday – Friday or Guaranteed by Saturday.

Your order can be tracked and these details can be provided to you. Your items will require a signature upon arrival or will be sent to your local Post Office Depot.


If your order is to be delivered outside the UK we will use Parcelforce Express Worldwide. This again will require a signature on delivery and is a trackable worldwide service.

We have an additional charge for this next day service which can be found under the next day shipping.

Taxes And Duties

If any taxes are levied on goods delivered outside the UK, please be aware that you the customer are responsible for paying the applicable charges to the respective tax authorities. We are required by law to declare the full amount of the invoice and entire content of the package on the customs declaration form. Your items may be held at customs until this payment is made. We advise you contact your local customs office before placing any orders to gain more detailed information.
